Our Agreement



1. This is a special event contract between Chapel By The Sea Stress Free Weddings®, a service of Key West Photo Crew, (we) and the customer (you) as undersigned. 

 

2.  We agree to perform the services as requested and described in Part A. of the contract. Part A. of the contract will consist of one of the following: .) you online order, or b.) our emailed invoice, or c.) our written contract from a meeting at our office.

 

3.  Both in-house and outside vendors are used to perform these services.

 

4.  A fifty percent non-refundable deposit is required to guarantee our services, unless stated in the contract.  It is very important that you realize payments are non-refundable.  We bear the majority of our expenses in our marketing and sales efforts.  The execution part of the event is the most fulfilling, yet easiest part of our operation.

 

5. Packages totaling less than $1000.00 require full payment to secure the reservation of services; these payments are non-refundable. 6.  Unpaid reservations may result in loss of requested times and services. **

 

7.   Payment in full must be received 30 days prior to the event; these payments are non-refundable.  last minute reservations are always welcome, and payment in full is required. It is very important that you realize payments are non-refundable.  We bear the majority of our expenses in our marketing and sales efforts.  The execution part of the event is the most fulfilling, yet easiest part of our operation. Last minute bookings are always welcomed, but limit you to available resources.

 

8.   Unpaid balances will result in forfeiture of deposits and services.

 

9.  We are not responsible for unforeseen damages including, but not limited to: seasickness, inclement weather, governmental intervention,  loss of products in the mail, camera malfunctions, etc.

 

10.  In the unlikely event of an official evacuation that affects your visit, we will waive our rescheduling fees, and work closely with you to relocate within South Florida, or reschedule your event to the most convenient time for you. If you are unable to travel to Key West during an evacuation, please contact us by all possible means, cell 305-942-9100, text 305-942-9100, and email chapelbythesea@yahoo.com.

 

11. With 30 days prior notice, or under extreme circumstances, we will allow you to reschedule your event during a 365 day period after your contracted event. Specially ordered items, location fees, and holiday surcharges are generally not refundable.

 

12. No Call-No Show-No Refund. If you have a 30 minute appointment, we will wait for you for the 30 minutes that you have paid for, likewise with an hour booking we will wait for an hour.  If you tend to be late, or think you might be running late, call us, text us, let us know in advance.

 

13. We take our reputation very seriously, and we make every effort to use responsible vendors.

 

14.  We use our best judgment to arrange for last minute changes.

 

15.  The maximum amount we can be held liable for in any event is the contractual amount paid for each service in our agreement.

 

16.  Events canceled within 30 days of the event are completely non-refundable. It is very important that you realize payments are non-refundable.  We bear the majority of our expenses in our marketing and sales efforts.  The execution part of the event is the most fulfilling, yet easiest part of our operation.

 

 

17.  We reserve the right to use your likeness for promotional purposes.


18. Last minute reservations are always welcome, but are subject to available resources.


19. Some of our featured wedding packages are priced as "Sample Budgets" and are individually priced to meet your expectations, other generally smaller packages are listed with "Package Price". While we try to be as flexible as possible, changes to "Package Prices" must be made from the retail price listed for the package, not from promotional or sale pricing.


20. In the event that site fees become imposed on locations that are free to use at the time of your reservation, we will do everything in our power to ask the owner/operator of the locations to honor your reservations at the free rate, or perhaps a discounted rate.  If we are ultimately required to pay a fee at a currently free location, we will notify you immediately, and discuss alternate locations, as well as inform you of the new fee, should you decide to stay with your preferred location.  This has not been a problem in eighteen years, but with today's economy, municipalities are constantly looking for new ways to create income.

 

 

By signing below, or by telephone authorization, or by email authorization, you hereby agree to the terms as explained within this contract.

Due to increased demand, we can only hold your reservation for 48 hours after request/invoice.  We will always send a reminder, but until you finalize the request, we cannot hold the time slot past 48 hours.  We will always work with you to reschedule your request.
